Chicken Marination
- Curd
- Garam Masala
- Kasuri Methi
- Salt
- Deghi Mirch
- Lemon
- Tikka Masala (optional)
Palak Paste
- Boil Palak for 3-4 minutes
- Keep in ice water after boiling. It won't lose it's colour.
- Make a thick paste in grinder
Curry
- Desi Ghee
- 1 large Onion
- 1 Tomato
- Jeera Powder
- Garam Masala
- Haldi
- Kaali Mirch
- Mix all of these and wait for 5 minutes
- Add the ginger garlic paste and mix it well
- Add the marinated chicken and let it cook from outside for 5 minutes on medium flame
- Add Palak paste and cook on slow flame for 20 minutes. Keep mixing
