Palak Chicken

Chicken Marination

  • Curd
  • Garam Masala
  • Kasuri Methi
  • Salt
  • Deghi Mirch
  • Lemon
  • Tikka Masala (optional)

Palak Paste

  • Boil Palak for 3-4 minutes
  • Keep in ice water after boiling. It won't lose it's colour.
  • Make a thick paste in grinder

Curry

  • Desi Ghee
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • Jeera Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Haldi
  • Kaali Mirch
  • Mix all of these and wait for 5 minutes
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and mix it well
  • Add the marinated chicken and let it cook from outside for 5 minutes on medium flame
  • Add Palak paste and cook on slow flame for 20 minutes. Keep mixing
